Crater Lake National Park is a great place to eat, with many different options to choose from. There are plenty of restaurants within the park boundaries, as well as in the surrounding towns. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite or a sit-down meal, you’ll be able to find something to suit your needs.<\/p>\n

There are plenty of great places to eat near Crater Lake! For a quick bite, you can’t go wrong with the the Phantom Ship Grill, located right on the rim of the crater. For something a bit more substantial, try the Timberline Lodge, a historic mountain lodge with an excellent restaurant.<\/p>\n

Can you drink Crater Lake? <\/h2>\n

The park’s water claim for the lake is for the preservation and protection of all natural habitats and the conservation of scenery. It is not for human consumption. Consuming Crater Lake water would conflict with the park’s mission to preserve the lake.<\/p>\n

If you’re looking for the best view of Phantom Ship Island, the Sun Notch Viewpoint is the place to go. Since you can’t actually access Phantom Ship, this overlook is the best way to experience it. You won’t be disappointed by the stunning views on offer.<\/p>\n
