The park’s official winter season lasts from November to April, but visitors are advised that snow may linger into May and June. So come prepared with your winter gear and enjoy all that this snowy paradise has to offer!<\/p>\n
The Grand Canyon North Rim is open in November, but only for day visits. Due to its higher elevation (more than 8,000 feet), the North Rim gets more snow. All park services at the North Rim close October 15 and do not reopen until May 15.<\/p>\n
