I agree that Inverness castle is a lovely castle, however I do not think it is the best view from the opposite bank of the River Ness. I think that the castle should be refurbished as a tourist attraction because Inverness is a very nothing town with little attractions.<\/p>\n

Inverness is a great base for exploring the Scottish Highlands. The city is centrally located and there are many beautiful landscapes to see in all directions. The mountain area of Torridon is a must-see and only a 15 hour drive away.<\/p>\n

Loch Ness is a deep lake in Scotland, and the water can be very cold, even in summer. Cold water shock can happen even to strong swimmers, and can lead to hypothermia. So it’s best to avoid swimming in Loch Ness.
