Loch Ness is a large freshwater loch in the Scottish Highlands. Its surface area is approximately equal to that of the Isle of Wight. Loch Ness is a vast and ancient loch, full of history, legend and romance. It takes around 25 hours to drive around the whole loch, and there is plenty to see on the way. So if you only have one day to experience it, take a Loch Ness day trip and see some of the highlights.<\/p>\n

May is an excellent month to explore the Scottish Highlands. The weather is mild and the landscape is beautiful, with green trees and bluebells in the woods. It’s a great time to take in the scenery and enjoy the outdoors.<\/p>\n
