Crater Lake is a National Park situated in Oregon, USA. The caldera lake is the deepest in the country, and is renowned for its intense blue color and water clarity. It is fed primarily by rain and snow, and is a popular destination for both tourists and scientists. How long does Crater Lake Rim Drive take? <\/h2>\n

Rim Drive is a scenic route that encircles Crater Lake in Oregon. The road is open from late May\/early June through mid-October, weather permitting. Allow a minimum of two hours (including sight-seeing stops) to circumnavigate the lake by car or motorcycle, and longer if you are driving a larger vehicle or towing. There are numerous pull-offs and viewpoints along the way where you can stop to enjoy the views and take photographs.<\/p>\n

Rim Drive is an amazing 33-mile road that loops around Crater Lake and offers some of the most stunning views of the caldera. There are 8 main viewpoints and 15 turnout vista points along the drive, so make sure to take your time and enjoy the views! Expect some traffic on the road, but it’s definitely worth it for the experience.<\/p>\n
